Betty J Haller

Betty J. Haller, 90, of La Crosse, died on Sunday, February 3, 2013 at her home. She was born August 2, 1922 in La Crosse to Charles and Clara (Hanson) Tikal. She married Richard S. Haller on February 11, 1939 in Decorah, Iowa. Betty was a charter member of Eagles Aerie 1254 Auxiliary.

She is survived by her children Richard F. (Karen) Haller of Onalaska, Kathleen Haller of Onalaska and Randy (Jennifer) Haller of La Crosse, six grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard, a brother Charles Tikal and a sister Dorothy Thornton.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at the Schumacher Kish Funeral and Cremation Services (La Crosse Chapel), 200 West Ave. S. Chaplain Allan Vrieze will officiate. Burial will follow in the Mormon Coulee Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 9:30 AM until the time of service.
