Beverly Gundlach

Beverly L. Gundlach, 82, of La Crosse, passed away on Sunday, April 9, 2017, at the Hillview Healthcare Center.

Beverly was born in La Crosse on September 11, 1934, to Emil and Lillian (Papacek) Gundlach. She graduated from La Crosse Central High School and then went to work at Gateway Transportation Company in La Crosse where she retired from in 1983. She enjoyed organizing and attending family events while filming and photographing everything. Her other passions included a love for animals, especially dogs and cats. Bev’s smiling face and unique prospective will be missed by her family.

Beverly is survived by six nieces and nephews and their families, Daniel (Lynn) Gundlach, Debra Garbis, David Gundlach, Rick (Kathy) Mix, Tom (Sonya) Mix, and Cheryl Murphy; a sister-in-law, Janet Gundlach; and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Herbert Gundlach; and a sister, Shirley Mix and Shirley’s husband, Bill.

A private graveside service will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery in La Crosse at a later date.
