Charles L. "Charlie" Chapel, 88, of Houston, MN passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2026. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, May 7, 2026 at Cross of Christ Lutheran Church in Houston. Visitation will be held on Wednesday evening from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Schumacher-Kish Funeral and Cremation Services of La Crescent and one hour prior to services at the church on Thursday.
