Cheryl Ann Pickle

Cheryl Ann Pickle, age 69, of Onalaska, WI, passed away on March 24, 2026, at Mulder Health Care Center in West Salem, WI. Cheryl was born in La Crosse, Wisconsin, on December 6, 1956, to Raymond and Lorraine (Vanderzee) Forer.

Cheryl spent most of her life working at lacrosse rubber mills. She enjoyed being outdoors with her horses, and she loved camping and spending time with family and friends. She was the most loving person to be around. Cheryl married Douglas Pickle on July 15, 1975. They met through mutual family.

After she retired, she loved spending time outdoors riding her 4-wheeler and spending time with her husband, kids, and grandchildren until she was diagnosed with cancer in November of 2025. Cheryl is survived by her loving husband, Douglas. Her 3 daughters, Madonna Copper (pickle) and son-in-law John Copper, Sharon Copper (pickle), and Brenda Nackers (pickle), and her 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandkids. Further surviving her are her brother Mike Forer and her sister Cathy Lenser (Forer). She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond William Forer and Lorraine Madonna Forer. In honor of Cheryl's wishes, there will be no formal service. In lieu of flowers, please make memorials out to a charity of your choice.
