Christopher Paul Polus

Christopher Paul Polus (48) passed away on Tuesday April 21st, 2026 at Gundersen Lutheran Hospital.

Chris enjoyed fishing, hunting and looking for mushrooms in his free time. He was a very hard-working man and would give you the shirt off his back. Even in his darkest times, in his heart he loved his family. Special thanks to all of his doctors and nurses who did everything they could for Chris.

Survived by his mom (Tracy), best friend and brother Justin (Jenny Chase), his sister Angeline Snow (Scott), his daughters Leah and Katelynn, his nieces and nephews Mackenzie Larson (Isaiah), Madalynn Polus, Kyler Polus, Alex Snow and Ryker Snow, as well as two grandchildren.

Welcoming him into heaven is his dad (Steve), Grandparents Clayton & Harriet Halverson and Roger & Bernice Polus, as well as many aunts and uncles.
