Cindy Lou Rose, 64, of La Crosse passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at her home. She was born on May 10, 1961 to Richard and Bertie (Hall) Rose. In 1981 she married Donald Fonk and together they had one daughter, Jennifer. The couple later divorced.
Cindy spent 42 years working as a waitress, spending many of those years at the Hungry Peddler. She loved the Milwaukee Brewers, NASCAR, Elvis, and pandas.
Cindy is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Fonk; and siblings, David, Belinda, and Sheila.
Cindy was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Bertie.
