Eleanor Frances Hogue, 98, of La Crescent, died on Sunday, November 15, 2020 at La Crescent Health Services. She was born on January 21, 1922 to John and Ida (Fogel) Roraff. Eleanor loved the outdoors, gardening, chopping wood, and watching the birds.
She is survived her children, Mary (Duane) Forer, Jack (Frances) Schlegel, Rita Schlegel, Sharon Lepsch, step-daughter Cindy (Mike) Lord, and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband John Paul Schlegel, her second husband Leland Hogue, four brothers, two sisters, a son-in-law Peter Lepsch, and two step children, Mary Beth Stegen and Christopher Hogue.
A private family service will be held.
