Irene T. Davy

Irene T. Davy, 90, of La Crosse, passed away on Sunday, August 13, 2017 at the Bethany Riverside Nursing Facility. She was born on February 5, 1927 in La Crosse, WI to Thomas and Inez (Gander) Johnson.

She is survived by a daughter Lynda (Steve) Christen of La Crosse, a son Larry (Sherry) Davy of Cadillac, MI, six grandchildren Joe (Shelly) Davy, Jana Davy, Jolie Lueth (Garner Sackett), Emily (Nate) Pupp, Danielle (Tyler) Malay and Ashley Christen (Shane Dolan), eleven great-grandchildren and one sister Lorraine Engstad of Mesa AZ. She was preceded in death by her husband Joe, a grandson James Swartz and a brother & sister in infancy.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM on Thursday, August 17, 2017 at the Schumacher – Kish Funeral & Cremation Services, 200 West Ave. S., La Crosse. Rev. Lawrence B. Berger will officiate. Entombment will follow in the St. Francis of Assisi Mausoleum, Catholic Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 9:30 AM until the time of service.
