Marie Bernice Servais

Marie Bernice Servais (LeJeune) March 26, 1935 – March 6, 2026.

Marie Bernice Servais 90 of La Crosse, WI died peacefully into new life at home surrounded by her loving family.

Marie was born on March 26, 1935 to John and Mary LeJeune. Marie married Donald Servais on September 29, 1953. Together they built a lifelong marriage of 72 years. Great joys were always present during holidays, weddings, and time spent with family. Her love for baking, canning, gardening, playing cards, Yatzee, and the wonderful trips to the casino will forever be remembered. Her beautiful smile and kind heart will be missed by those that had the privilege to know her.

Marie is survived by her husband Donald Servais; her eight children, Darrel (Renee) Servais, Mary Strom, Steve Servais, Jeff Servais, Cheryl (Jeff) Garves, Todd (Sarah) Servais, Tammy (Rich) Corcoran, and Tina (Doug) McCoy; 17 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; her siblings Betty Meinking and Gerald (Linda) LeJeune.

Marie is preceded into her new life by her grandchildren Korry Servais and Ashley McCoy along with several siblings and her parents.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Joseph Ridge Parish on Friday, March 13, 2026 at 11:00 am with visitation from 9:00 AM until the time of service. Burial will be at the church cemetery with a luncheon to follow.

The family would like to thank the wonderful care that was provided by Mayo Health System and St. Croix Hospice during her battle with cancer.
