Onalaska

Sharon H. (Hohlfeld) Graw, 82, of Onalaska, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on July 21, 2026, at Caretta Senior Living in Holmen, Wisconsin. She was born on May 5, 1944, in Trempealeau, Wisconsin, to William and Florence (Brom) Hohlfeld.

A devoted wife to Ron, loving mother of two, cherished grandmother of four, and the second youngest of seven children, Sharon will be remembered for her unwavering love and dedication to her family and friends. Her father passed away when she was very young, leaving her mother to raise seven children on her own.

After graduating from Aquinas High School, Sharon began her career at Trane Company, where she worked her way up to the role of Customer Visit Coordinator before retiring after 36 years. She took great pride in ensuring every customer's visit to Trane was memorable, overseeing every detail and even organizing special trips to the Lambeau Field skybox. Sharon formed many lasting friendships throughout her career, as she had a remarkable gift for making everyone feel genuinely welcome.

Upon retiring, Sharon devoted herself to caring for her first granddaughter, Brianna — a role she cherished and embraced with love. A few years later, her first grandson, Braedon, joined the family, bringing even more joy to her days.

Sharon and Ron enjoyed many trips to California to visit their son, Steve, and her sisters, Elaine and Charlotte. Steve and his wife, Lynne, had two children, Zachary and Emily, and Sharon and Ron cherished every opportunity to spend time with them.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, William and Florence (Brom) Hohlfeld; and five siblings, Jeanette Ritter, Arlene (William “Porky”) Kallenbach, Bernice (Ken) Phelps, Elaine (John) Phelps, and Charlotte (Jim) Jones.

She is survived by her loving husband, Ron; her children, Brian (Georgene) and Steve (Lynne); her brother, Ronald (Della) Hohlfeld; and her four beloved grandchildren, Brianna (Dylan) Kaiser, Braedon, Zachary, and Emily.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, July 31, 2026, at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Onalaska. Visitation will take place at the church from 9-10:30 a.m., prior to the Mass. Lunch will immediately follow in the church’s fellowship hall.
